If there's small amounts of old stuff in the micro fissures, will it effect performance?

I got some Antec Formula 7, Nano Diamond, is it any good? (It was the best they had)

Cleaning, Acetone and coffee filters. they're lint free.

Polypropynol or something with alteast 90% alcohol works great.
Also the articclean kit works very well.

I just use ispropyl alcohol, with tissue paper, since I don't have any coffee filters. Just make sure not to leave lint behind.

I use a paper towel and am very careful to airdust the board and socket out after the cleaning of the cpu if I pull the cpu out of the socket. coffee filters are indeed lint free. but they do cost some money comparable to a huge roll of paper towels. so paper towel+canned air and you should be golden
