Alright, so the PSU is fine, that's good to know. What about everything else? I'm fine with most of the gear on my list, but the thing I question the most is the mobo. Is the Gigabyte model I listed a good fit for the rest of the system?

Yeah its fine. It supports SLI or Crossfire. Similar to mine.

BTW grab a soundcard. It makes a difference in gaming.

I recommend Creative SoundBlaster Z

That motherboard is good, I've been getting the UDxHs everytime and they perform great. I think you can get a better PSU for the price though, kinda like this:

Eh, I think he just plans on going through HDMI and playing single-player games most of the time, so a sound card isn't really needed. I may grab one sometime though, so thanks for the recommendation.

If I'm going pay more for a PSU, I'd rather it be for a modular design vs. more wattage. Any recommendations for that around the current price range?

That Rosewill capstone 750w I linked is pretty good, it's better than the TX650. For $9 more, you get 100w more, you get a semi modular design, and 80 plus gold rating.

Are you sure it's semi-modular? I'm not seeing anything about that in the description. The other improvements are nice though, no doubt about that.
