Thinking of stocking up on WMOs.

The legendary Wheel Mouse Optical 1.1a... arguably still the best mouse for Quake and CS will soon never be available again. Only a few new ones reamain. I have recently managed to find a seller on eBay that sells new WMOs. This seems like an opportunity that cannot be missed. So I have decided to buy as many WMOs as I can get my hands on.

I advise you do the same.

I seem to remember the Microsoft Intellimouse being good for CS, looks very similar to the 1.1a minus the side buttons.

I was thinking of picking up another Logitech MX518 a while back, had this one Ive got now for years and cant imagine using any other mouse.

Nah, I got 2 once that been collecting dust for soooo many years ;>

Never ever use them, dpi is way way way to low for these days.
Yes dpi dont matter in CS,Quake since you can set sensitivity 1:1.

But for desktop, everything else its lol.
400dpi in rts,moba. Can't even imagine playing that biggrin.gif

No 400dpi mice are long dead for anything outside games like quake, cs.

I was once young.

Grew up and realized theres no point of buying multiple (over 2) of a single product unless you're willing to resell and profit.

Issue here is that this is one of the most common office/consumer mice to exist. You don't have to look far outside friends and family.

I have a white and black wmo, never use it. I guess it's mainly because I'm used to side buttons now

There have been plenty of WMOs available on ebay for a long time without any fluctuation in price.
