FSB - BLCK
Voltage - Vcore/VTT? tongue.gif

I know a little about the multipliers and the vcore/BLCK adjustments, I just don't really know if RAM OC will benefit my Overclocking.

Btw, running Intel Test burner at Maximum (5min - ish) and highest I've hit is 48 atm. I touched about 50-53 in maximum in like 30 seconds on Stock. So I'm guessing my CPU cooler installation was a success biggrin.gif

Honestly, I just need to play some MMO games. I know my i7 is pretty old with the 3770k and the 6 cores available, but I just don't want to spend money for a new CPU/Mobo/RAM.

Btw, these temperatures are from the fan running at Minimum, kinda scared to pop it to max RPM, just installed the huge block smile.gif

Yep that's right!
You need to adjust your RAM yourself and see if you see any gain from it to bother wasting your time on it.. It can corrupt data and take quite a few days to fully get stable. (Get settings, run it for 12Hours at least) then it will crash so rinse and repeat. It's quite a bit more complicated then a CPU and therefore more time consuming.

And yeah your CPU cooler sounds like a success, you'll get lower temps with more voltage in comparison to stock. I.E Stock at 1.4v might do 85c, whereas the new cooler at 1.4v might do 65c. That obviously won't be the case but you get what I mean?

You don't need to get a new CPU/RAM/Mobo, the i7 930 is still pretty decent today. The thing is though if you sold it all now to the right places you could almost get a 3770k with the amount of money you should get back from it. It's a lot of hassle though as I've done that myself.

Also what do you mean by "Just installed the huge block"? smile.gif

I really don't mind tweaking the memory to be honest, it's just that I might be running 800Mhz memory at the moment. Won't that be a bit too low for overclocking?

By the huge block, I meant the CPU cooler tongue.gif Looks more like a turbine than a CPU cooler to me tongue.gif

P.S - Should I be running the fan at maximum RPM other than lowest at all times? Is that bad for my Cooler or it's okay? Cause there is no auto intergration for this fan and I need to change the speed manually all the time.
