Which gpu ?

Hey guys, so i've decided all of my pc components and i just cant decide which gpu get out of these (but dont recommend non other of these) -

Msi Gtx670 Power Edition 500$

Asus Gtx670 Direct CU2 TOP 550$

Asus Matrix HD7970 Platinum 676$

Asus Gtx680 Direct CU2 TOP 700$

Asus Gtx680 Direct CU2 (non top) 660$

Oh, and I will not whait for the gtx770 becouse it will just show up in my country ~About 2months or so.

I will be playing at 1080p

I was leaning torwards the gtx680 direct cu2 top , becouse it just look great, i dont mind triple slot, OC'ed out of the box 1200mhz and just nvidia.
Nvidia has great drivers and gaming performence - FXAA... Physx... GPU boost.. <3

I dont plan on OC like those crazy guys who tries to OC max out of the gpu. I will OC a little bit in the future so it could run future games better (no water cooling)

Thank you wink.gif

The MSI GTX 670 PE ought to be sufficient for 1080p gaming. The prices look a bit odd, where are you located?

hi

the Msi Gtx670 Power Edition 500$ is very nice for OCing but its better with another cooler
or even under water..

the Asus Gtx670 Direct CU2 TOP 550$ is a nice alternative but 50$ more..
i got 2 660ti dcu 2 and they are very quiet and you can even OC them a bit,
not as good as the PE from msi ( not without bios modding )

i´d say get the asus 670dcu2 and have a silent card.. the TOP edition is nice and
let you OC it even a lill more..

like i said.. if OCing the card the MSI is better but with another cooler so in
your case i´d go with the asus..

GL!

Either 1 of these 2 will do you justice thumb.gif ...Both gives you basically stock 680 performance out the box @ 1080p with plenty of OC headroom. If you want the cooler card @ full load, go for MSI P.E. Both are somewhat equal in regards to fan noise. MSI is just a tad bit more quiet @ full load but your human ear will not be able to tell. If you want the cooler card @ full load, go for ASUS Top. Now choose your weapon biggrin.gif

When compared to the ASUS 670 Top, this is true after volt tuning. ASUS 670 Top is slightly, the better OCer out the box when compared to the MSI P.E. without volt tuning but it's the opposite for their 660Ti's.

look it is a reference cooler @MSI.. it physically can´t be possible it is more quiet than the DCU II
more mass and more coolers = more quiet

cheers mate
