185's don't have the traditional CCB*E steppings. its like LBBWE or something. not much info on them really.

Thanks mudd...I kinda been discussing it else where...I was just thinking that running the 185 at 250x12 would give me better results because then I think I could run my Ram ...1:1 and with tighter timings...And would have to stress my whole system less and less voltage all around....opinion??Please.

honestly, w/ the 185 @ 200 bucks i'd get it to test around w/ it. but i don't think its going to be like your 165. stock its at like 2.6 GHz (i think). you're not going to be able to push much more out of it. (most 165's can actually hit 2.7-2.8 on stock vcore)

Right I got all that figured...it is 2.6 should possibly do 3.0...But my question is the ratio on the ram and the timings...Would 250x12=3.0 with ram at 1:1 timings of hopefully 2-2-2-5 1T run better than 334x9 with 166 divider and 2.5-3-3-7 1T

1:1 is aways ideal. There is always some loss whern the RAM is run on a divider, all be it a small divider effect is minimal. I personally try to avoid using anything beyond the 166MHz, although the 150MHz setting when available isn't to unreasonable.
