I remember seeing a chart linked from somewhere (I thought it was that thread, but now I don't see it) that had a list of motherboard problems that had something to do with VRM's or something similar to what TinDaDragon said. A large handfull of the boards on that chart were ASRock motherboards.

UD3H is a bit better

660Ti or 7950 is better

You only need a 550W PSU

UD3H was more than enough, but expensive for me. I want to buy motherboard under $200

660 Ti and 7950 are too expensive for me, so I want to buy graphics card under $270

For PSU, I am doubt if I win GTX 780 giveaway. So I have go to 620W, actually I am go to M12II 620W not G650.

550 is still enough for GTX 780. Remember, they're going down in power, not up

If I force with 550W with 780, then PSU lose some wattage from years to years until it was blow up because the caps aging. So I choose 620W for more reliability

A quality 550 would last you several years, aka 5-7+/ I'm pretty sure you're gonna upgrade to a new machine by then.

Just calculate PSU usage with eXtreme Outervision PSU Calculator, the power usage are 492W without capacitor aging and 580W with 20% Capacitor aging. So 550W okay for me with limited upgrade? Such OC headroom
