Due to the static pressure of most fans these days high fins per inch radiators all but require you to have push/pull otherwise you'll have some pretty sad airflow.

Try using a single 120mm x 25mm fan on the XSPC AX series radiator, or a Black Ice GT Stealth and maintain proper airflow XD it just wont happen. If you have a low FPI radiator then usually just push or pull is fine.

this guy saying a rx360 rad was perfectly fine for a titan+2011 cpu. I doubt the haswell cpu would consume as much heat as a 2011 cpu.. but not sure if i need both rads or not
