Lol, I know you're joking but this is actually a really interesting conundrum.
How realistic can we make these things and how realistic do we want to make these things? With the rise of VR everything will become a lot more impact-full. Cymatic Bruce (YouTube famous for demo'ing all sorts of games for the Oculus Rift) told me he actually doesn't like getting in NPC's faces, but maintains his distance just like he would with any real person, and this was in the re-released Doom III, not the best looking game. Real hair will most definitely take things to the next level when added to models of the quality that some Skyrim mods have...
I'm just afraid of more government interference like in Germany and Australia where some games are banned... I'm not very politically involved but the government should keep out of my house and let me do whatever I want as long as it doesn't bother others.
But I'll keep on being positive as I live in a very free country (even though they actually made ISP's (try to) block the pirate bay).
EDIT: Just to make it clear, I'm talking about the violence in video games getting more realistic with the rise of VR and realistic looking humans. Games like The Walking Dead, where you have to choose between people with whom you really build an emotional connection will probably be traumatizing to some people.Edited by Oddworld Abe - 6/3/13 at 5:28am
