It's one small section of one level; one type of enemy spawns like once every 15 seconds, until you do a certain quest that only takes 5 minutes at most to accomplish. Once this is done, spawns stop.

I remember the first Max Payne being more fun. You got caught on less scenery while diving, for a start.

To me, Max Payne 2 was prime thumb.gif

A remake of the old N64 Goldeneye 007 but better for PC's and consoles would be cool. And I'm hoping that the upcoming Thief doesn't disappoint. I liked Skyrim but no way would I play it all over again and hated the bugs in the game. One such bug was a recurring graphics bug in the Thieves Guild.

Max Payne USE TO BE super trippy, dark, demonic, evil, & scary. Now it's just another mow down every human in sight game... =(

I have a similar opinion about the new Tomb Raider. The next new tomb raider better have legit tombs IN THE STORY( not as 100% unimportant side content) and much much less human killing and much much more skelly bashing.

Return to Castle Wolfenstein was prime to me at that time. That's another game I played three times and beat it three times. I'm looking forward to Wolfenstein: The New Order.

If any of you like flying games a Star Wars Rogue Leader: Rogue Squadron 3 would be way cool.

I rented The Last of Us for the weekend, but I'm really not sure if it's gonna be turned into a sale for me. They do a very good job of having super-realistic faces and very well-written character dialogue, but the fighting is the worst part of it. I've had the allies walk right into the line of fire WHILE I'm trying to sneak around zombies. The zombies are selectively deaf (when I throw distraction items), then fantastically-attuned (when I tilt the joystick too far for a half-second).
There was one session I just got finished playing where I start at the entrance to a library, point A. I sneak my way through to the back of the library, point B, taking out some enemies stealthily. I get spotted, get into a big fight, using lots of my health and supplies, and during which I retreat back to point A and plan my next move. My next move fails, and I get a game over. I start once again at point A, but this time with less health and ammo than when I first started there (ie, my second visit). It kind of made me appreciate the work Valve did in Episode 2 with the smart-autosave system.

Red Alert 3

Picked it up for $5 on a steam sale. The 1st RA was the first PC game I ever played, and I had loads of fun on the 2nd as a middle-schooler

was expecting to enjoy the 3rd with it's silly story and cheesy acting with hot actors

good lord the game is a mess
- terrible surround support, even with widescreen fixer
- I give up and play it on a single 1080P........but it lets the cursor go offscreen onto the other monitors (***!?)
- Runs terribly and has given me a few crashes on my modest ~4.7GHz OC; gave up after the second crash

googled all the issues and even WSGF concludes the game was just executed terribly. Thanks EA
