Appraisals: CPU, GPU, Mobo

If I were to upgrade to a PCI-E mobo (AMD perhaps, since I don't want to spend too much), how much would I get for my current CPU, GPU, and Motherboard?

CPU- Pentium 4 Northwood 2.6C with HTT 800FSB (200x13). Overclocked to 3.2ghz running 10+ hours stable dual SP2004, never reaching above 50C with XP90. Can go higher with more volts and better cooling.

GPU- PNY 6800GS AGP8x 256mb 350/1000 default, running at 400/1140 (comes with Arctic NV Silencer 5) with a 1.4v BIOS flash (also unlocked to 12/6). Runs perfectly. Gets above 5000 in 3DMARK05 paired with the above CPU.

Mobo- Shuttle AB60R. Supports Northwoods only (no prescotts) with 800fsb. SATA slots (4), 1 AGP8x port, 5 PCI ports, 4 184 DIMM slots. Overclocks decently. Max allowed CPU voltage = 1.5875 volts.

Ok brace yourself, I'm really harsh on used stuff... lol.
CPU: I would say 25-30 bucks. Its old and used.
Video Card: I would say around 75 because its last generation and used.
Mobo: 30. Once again its an older AGP platform and.... you guessed it, used!

Conclusion: Around 150 is a best case scenerio and these are U.S. dollar amounts too. Hope this wasn't too harsh, don't mean to be. Ofcourse I could be totally wrong also. Anybody else?

Hmm, I would've thought the CPU might be priced a bit higher. I still see used P4 2.0-2.4's (without HyperThreading Tech) selling for $20-$30 still. Any others?
