PSU wanted

hi guys! im building new pc right now and im looking for not expensive PSU for my system..
so.. basically thats what im building:

AMD FX 8350 (not gonna OC it)
GA-990XA-UD3 rev3
1-2 hdds sata3 6gb/s 500 gb max 7200rpm
1 ssd 60gb max
16gb (4x4) dd3 1600 cl9 ram
4x120mm fans
cpu fan CM Hyper 212x
Gigabyte GF GTX 660 (in mind that might get another one and throw a SLI on them in future)

so right now im thinking about 700w PSU i guess and that it will have 80+ efficiency
for the price i aim (70 $) i found two PSU to choose from

Chieftec
http://www.chieftec.eu/en/psus/smart-series/gps-700a8.html
and
I-tec Power Gamer
http://www.i-tec-europe.eu/?t=3&v=134
so.. i wanna hear any tips on those PSU and how they will fit my pc build
maybe i dont know.. i can use less Watt PSU and cause of that can get better PSU like Corsair.. anyways any hints advices corrections will be really appreciated.

thanks!

But remember to buy a quality PSU and for SLI you would need 750w. But ask before you buy or search on google about the PSU... It's better to buy a good PSU than buy a bad one that can blow up you system in seconds. So spend the extra money on a good quality product.

That Chieftec is a cheap 230v-only model built on a low-end CWT platform, and probably filled with low-quality capacitors.

As for the I-Tec Power Gamer, it's even worse. It's a totally outdated unit that can deliver only 484w on its 12v rails, which are the only rails that really matter with modern power supplies. It's class-A junk, don't go near it.

In short, I wouldn't buy either of those two power supplies. If at all possible, I'd get something like Corsair's TX650. Without knowing where you're located and/or where you'd be shopping from, it's hard to give better recommendations.

You dont need 750 watts unless you have two video cards if you only have one then 550 watts is you max you dont need more

And the OCZ is a decent basic PSU without being crap it is a non modular PSU just so you know

The OCZ ZT is a steep up from the ZS

i guess ill go with OCZ ZS 650 then...i dont care much about modular stuff i just want a PSU that will be able to run my system and will be decent on quality to rely on.and by using power calculators i guess i will be able to run two 660 GTX on SLI.
660 GTX req - 140 W Maximum and 450W Minimum System Power. and as i saw on Nvidia forums ppl told those specs a bit lifted from real specs.. and even 2nd card is still a question.. cause even if i will be ready to get one that will be like in half a year for sure.. so maybe i even stay with one or when time will come will get better psu already with a 2nd card.

thats for advices btw

Think you could get away with a 450 watts PSU if you only have a single GTX 660 TI
