Thanks, but I think I will go for updating the RAM. Graphic cards are very expensive and I think my current is good enough for me.

Sorry, I don't understand. What does this mean?

Contradiction-
By extension, outside of classical logic, one can speak of contradictions between actions
when one presumes that their motives contradict each other.

you asked specifically

but yet you shoot down the obvious recommendations and/or constructive criticism like you know-it-all already.
so why even ask or start the thread if not really open to suggestions.?

Have you tried using MSI Afterburner and overclocking your GPU a bit? You should be able to push those clocks a bit and get more playable settings

Also for just a bit of benchmarks on what your GPU is capable (and the reason that nvidia experience is setting your settings at lowest) check out this review of the GT 440 (as the GT 630m is a rebrand of the GT 440 with lower clocks)

Sounds like a good idea, but I am using NVIDIA, not MSI. Is the Afterburner compatible with NVIDIA?

yes.

The op doesn't seem overly knowledgeable about hardware in general let alone overclocking on a laptop. Im not sure that suggesting he push his cpu and/or gpu is the wisest of advice that we can give him. Honestly when its all said and done you are most likely going to want to build a gaming pc or purchase a new laptop. I personally cant suggest gaming on a laptop but that is your discretion.

You can of course oc your hardware, but it is not something I can readily suggest given what seems to be your user experience and the fact that you are using a laptop.

bottleneck means its not letting the hardware perform at the speed that they want to. They slowed down by hardware that doesn't allow the maximum transfer of data or an excess amount of the programs requirement.

Most current and new Gen processors have trouble keeping up if the RAM its too slow, 1333mhz RAM slows down the data transfer making it less efficient.

I had a friend with a GTX480 and an i7, he had 1333mhz RAM, but he upgraded to 1600mhz, and his benchmark scores went up by 200 points(3dmark11 PScore)

I forget if it was a laptop or a desktop. Its been a while since I talked to him about it.

I agree about a laptop being inferior to a desktop for gaming, but I am not the one who decides what hardware we use. This is also the reason why I can't start building a gaming PC.

But surely the main benefit of building your own gaming PC is that you choose what hardware is used- unless of course you are referring to making a gaming PC out of your laptop then no you are correct this is not going to happen.

There is a lesson to be learnt here- do not buy laptops for gaming.
