Are you stuck on the Sabertooth?  Assuming the Z87 follows the Z68 and Z77 versions, which seems likely, there is really no advantage to getting one over the corresponding (cheaper) mainstream Asus model - unless you are buying it for the looks or something - so I'd just pair a 4770K with a Z87 Plus or Pro instead.

Yep, looks, I know it doesn't offer more then the other, same with the ROG.
I want a Mobo that looks nice, the Z77 ROG looks really nice, but is 300+
While the Sabertooth is more managable cost.

But Even if I get the Haswell, I doubt I'll be upgrading my CPU for awhile, most I might do is change the GPU depending on the 800 serie or later, so buying a EOL board, wouldn't really bother me, if the performance is equal, or it's a better Ocer(From multiple post, it seems to be)

Yeah only true significant difference for haswell is the iris graphics... which are still far less powerful than your average cheapo graphics card. they screwed up the ihs gap spacing yet again so delidding is mandatory for ocing like for ivb before.

Instead of the Samsung 840 SSD I would get Mushkin Enhanced Chronos. It would save you a few bucks and the write speeds on them are much higher than the Samsung 840. I have a Samsung 840 Pro 500gb and I love it however I got a deal on it that made it worth the performance drop.
