If I put a peltier cooler on the water cooling radiator can it cool the water, or how much benefit will i give.

It /can/ but the question is how efficiently, and the answer to that is extremely poorly! Radiators are optimized to have FLUID flowing through the fins removing heat from the liquid inside the chambers. With no active flow, you're going to lose a LOT of performance. Beyond that you would need to either have a high end aircooler with an undervolted TEC or a high end liquid cooling loop to cool the hotside of the radiator.

What you're proposing is no good. TEC Chillers aren't cheap, but if you're going for that kind of performance you can't expect cheap parts.

Im also interested in how many degreese celcius they will cool for every W consumed. considering both sides are at same temperature.
An option would be to "heavy air cool" the hot side of the peltier and position the peltier just before the cpu in the water loop, after the loops rad and so on.
Maybe a "bong" type would be better but a lot more hassle.

P.S. no i did not imply anything like a sandwich thing.
I know that cooling water with peltier is not very efficient, but this way you can strap on really cheap peltiers on the loop, while if u put it straight on cpu ull need a really good one....plus im trying to even avoid thinking of this idea... i dont have enough trust in them to use them in direct contact with something expensive:)

If I'm not mistaken, you're saying sandwich the peltier between the CPU and a high end air cooler? Yeah that won't work... at all.... Considering you're going for high end cooling I'm assuming you're overclocking your system. Most high end overclocked modern CPUs will have a heat load between 190watts ant 250watts of a heat load. Then we take the 200 watt heat load a peltier with a high enough QMax will add to the heatload and we have at least about a 400 watt heat load, air cooling simply can't handle that much. Now, if you want LOW temps you're not going to be undervolting your TECs so you'll be looking at a heat load MUCH higher than 200watts, so... yeah.

As for temperatures, use Ultrasonic2's TEC Calculator.
