UPDATE : went to the gym, came back, boot pc , start update , it work blinksmiley.gif, check my others vm everything works. It's a miracle lol

I had the same issues with my WSUS + SCE server. The problem was the firewall with some stations.
You have a cluster for your Hyper-V? As MS released Cluster-Aware Update service that handles updates in a clustered Hyper-V environment
