Which do i need just for a OCed 3570k at 4.6?The H220 is $149.99 and the H100i is $109.99..

either cooler would work great. really depends on the chip you're gonna get. had to delid mine go passed 4.5ghz.

as you can see I have mine at 5ghz @ 1.41v and temps never go above 85 degrees. the h220 performs better afaik. either one is more than capable of pushing an i5 3570k to its max oc

The H220 is well worth it by its ability to support additional liquid cooled components such as graphics cards, chipset, and/or additional radiator(s) just like a custom-built system.

Then again you could check out XSPC kits as well

this. corsair basically gave me a free h100i after the not so pleasant experience with my h80i. if I were to buy now Id buy an h220 and xpsc rasa kits if it was available from where im from

I'd go for the H220. The ability to expand it is amazing (especially for boards like mine which are already set-up for liquid NB/SB cooling), and the components are (for the same reason) undoubtedly higher quality.
