Can a single 680 run three monitors?

Thread Starter
I read somewhere that nvidia surround requires SLI, and I can't use the HDMI out on my card because it has a common (something) with one of the DVI ports. Can someone confirm?

Use the display port. I'm pretty sure the 680 has way more than enough power to feed multiple monitors.

Yes. All of the GTX 6xx series cards can run 3/4 monitors. GTX 5xx and older only support 2 monitors.
