If you're going to overclock, don't stop until you've maxed, safely of course.

how hot can the card go, cuz on the meter it goes up to 92 would it fry at that temperature

You'll see throttling and possibly artifacting before you damage your card. This isn't like a CPU or RAM where you can just set your voltage and have your way with it. Just keep the mem at stock and keep bumping the core, test and retest. Once you have the max core clock you can try the same with the mem. I wouldn't anticipate you hurting your card, once you max it just wont be stable and you downclock it a bit.

ok thanks well should i put the memory back to 0 and go as high as i can on the core, then do the memory is? if so what should i keep power target at?
Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but your power target will just start throttling earlier. I'm not extremely familiar with the new features on the 600-700 series cards, as I've only had my Titan a few days, been out on the ship a lot lately. However, I'm fairly sure you can safely max your power target and not have to be afraid.
