Well as long as you are gaming on 1080p @ 60Hz you should save your money and go for the 7950 ^^
or you can wait a bit to see how 760 ti goes too, if you prefer nvidia features.. thumb.gif

you mean official date? i'm not sure but, i think i saw that it was going to be released at June 1st, no news so far though..
the 7870 is pretty descent in my opinion, a more of a budget card i think.. sure its a way to go, but maybe you will need to lower some settings in some games..
i believe the 770 is like a 680 and the 760 ti is like a 670..

i dont know much about bottlenecks, sorry about that.. but personally if i were you, i would get the 7950 or the 760
To me the 770 for 60hz is an "overkill", some disagree though.. so far only Metro : Last light can bring any GPU on its "knees" biggrin.gif

Personally I would mod the 6950 to a 6970. If it was me, then overclock the card. The difference between a 6970 and a 7950 is about 10 to 20 fps difference, that is with both cards running at stock. To me it isn't worth AU$300 upgrade especially when the 6970 can play most games above 40 - 60 fps, at stock.
