Microcenter is shipping them from online too. I think its an error on their part. Get em while they're hot.

My newspaper says $40 off, but it's still a good deal.

I guess they have updated their website. It is showing that they are in store only now.

Hmm...I'm going to visit my friend today in NJ...Should I pick one up? So tempting...$280 and it'll be an upgrade over my i5 3570K by a large margin.

It's not that big of an upgrade tbh.

If 5-10% is a large margin, then sure tongue.gif

Even 'upgrading' from my 2600k isn't worth it.

Games are far more reliant on GPUs if you're already on a SB or IB chip.

I think upgrading for an i5 to an i7 is already a big difference, I actually really need the Hyperthreading for streaming.

Might as well be Haswell, the temps look very good, with the H220 I have coming in, it seems quite HUGE to me. smile.gif

$280 for a 4770k and $40 off with a MB purchase, making the 4770k essentially only $240. Not a bad deal at all!

Hmm Microcenter quality seems to be lacking. thinking.gif
I didn't know the 4770k's GPU was an AMD Radeon 4600....
