That's a good board with a good chipset, and will overclock nicely. The Biostar isn't that bad either though, but the Asus will beat it in performance... plus, it's ATX, so you have a bit more room.

that 760SG is nice for $99 CAD

That's a nice combo there. With that CPU you have, that's a nice rig actually!

300W PSU ain't that much, but I'd think it should be able to power what you're planning, as long you don't overclock too much.

What's the current on the 12V rails? (amperes)

That seems to be the voltage. The current (in Amperes, or A), is generally printed on the label of the PSU.

Personally, I'd get something better.. since this one is likely generic. But I guess you can manage with it for now and save up.
