Power supply not working

Hello everyone, I have a 750w xfx xxx edition semi-modular psu. I tried to sleeve this thing a couple of things I did were:
Open up the psu case to sleeve all the way to the bottom, voiding the warrenty
Cut and reattach some double wires to make the cables better

Now when I go to plug it in nothing seems to be powering on. I did each cable one at a time so I'm fairly certain that the pins did not get messed up but I can't 100% certain say that I didn't mess up the layout but it might have. Can anyone help me or offer some advice? I know that the double wires were just voltage sensor wires and shouldn't have messed anything up too much.

Did you test the PSU without anything connected to it, by manually turning it on (bent paperclip trick -- ground green wire to either black wire next to it) and measuring the voltages on each pin with a multimeter?

What do you mean by "sleeve all the way to the bottom"? I don't know what your PSU is like inside, but isn't it difficult to run the sleeving all the way to the circuit board?

Where did you cut some of the double wires, and how did you reattach them? If you did any soldering on the circuit board, look for shorts created by excessive solder (bridges). I'd want the wires reattached with either solder covered by heatshrink or new wires run all the way from the circuit board to new connector pins.

thank you for responding.
I have no voltage meter so I can't measure that but have not tried bent paperclip
By sleeving to the bottom I meant past the opening to near the circuit board but not touching it
i cut double wires at the very end, so they were only shortened 1-2"
No soldering
