Watercooled Corsair 350D

Thread Starter
Transplanting the stuff from my FT03 (build log here) to a Corsair 350D.

Components:
- i5 3570K
- XFX 7950 Core Edition
- ASUS Maximus V Gene
- 8GB Kingston HyperX RAM
- Crucial M4 256GB SSD
- Kingston 30GB SSD

Watercooling Gear:
- XSPC Raystorm
- EK FC-7950
- D5 Vario w/ XSPC Res/Top combo
- XSPC EX240 (front) w/ Cougar Vortex x2
- XSPC EX120 (top) w/ Scythe Slipstream slim
- 3/8" x 1/2" compression fittings and QDCs

Upcoming changes:
- Replace top EX120 with a 30mm thick dual 120mm rad.

Warning for anyone thinking about this case:
- If you have an ASUS Max V Gene, you will not be able to fit a standard 35mm thick radiator with a standard 25mm thick fan. You won't be able to connect the 8-pin power connection for the motherboard since it's right at the top.

Wow, that looks amazing! I have to thank you for putting this up, as I have ordered a very similar setup, so it's good to visualize the final build and figure out my water cooling as well. I have 2 240mm Alphacool NexXxos XT45s on order, so I may end up putting my fans on top of the case. Looking forward to seeing the second 240 rad installed in yours.

Update: Dec. 4, 2013. It's been a while, here's an update

Since June, I've added:
- Another 7950 w/ waterblock
- Alphacool ST30 240MM up top
- One absurdly bright and tacky LED light strip

Hi mojojj31,

your rig looks amazing!

Is that a HDD stashed underneath your reservoir? I'm trying to figure out the potential space limitations of this case.

is your front radiator pulling air in?
