A separate sound card is always better. VRM on M5 is still more than enough for any clock, but I consider M5 being ovepriced imo... Same with regular Sniper compared to Z77 board. There aren't any major changes for 40% increase in price. Maybe 20% is acceptable, but 40%...

Hmm, alright will see tomorrow when I drop by my Microcenter. After seeing the Asus RoG board I'm tempted to wait again lol. Hope they pop up soon with prices.

Pretty solid board IMO

Unless you want that built in sound and probably superior Ethernet controller.

Mainly depends on how many GPUs he has. The OC will bottleneck a big multicard setup whereas the OC Force has the lanes needed.
