GeForce GTX 670 FTW LE

I'm wondering if I should just sell it somewhere EVGA 02G-P4-2676-KR GeForce GTX 670 FTW LE and get either a 770 or 780. Of course I'd have to save alot to get a 780 but I think it might be worth it later on.

Your thoughts? I am wondering if you think the FTW LE is worth keeping

Depends on what games you play, what resolution you play them at and whether multiple monitors figure into the mix. No doubt that the two new cards you're considering are more powerful than your GTX 670, but you might consider whether you really need all of that horsepower or not.

Well it's 1080p at this time, 1440p is to expensive to switch too. I was thinking to SLI which would cost me another 360 something, Amazon has the FTW version not FTW LE for around that. Not sure it's worth SLI with only 2gb of vram

at 1080p it CERTAINLY is, even at 1440p. At 1440p you trade the higher levels of AA for the bump in resolution, so you're still set. Also, I'm not sure what the difference is between a 670 FTW and a 670 FTW LE, but I do have a 670 FTW and I can't imagine any other version being much better. I've been able to bench at 1300mhz/7000mhz, but I mostly play at 1280mhz/6800mhz, I'd say that's pretty above average. So if I were you, I wouldn't be worried that the 670 FTW (non LE) will be a lower performer.

Also, if you're in the US, go to microcenter and purchase an Auria 1440p monitor for only $400 bucks (or $320 open box tongue.gif )
