The csr first told me it was being held up cause of the K70 (i ordered a couple other things) because they are sold out of those, and aren't expecting anymore until maybe the end of October (just an estimate, could be sooner, could be later). She then said she'd look into it further, since she said normally they don't charge on the card until its ready to go. When she got back to me, she said there was a "glitch in the system" ...and that my order will actually ship out today. I told her I'd just call back if nothing happens by tomorrow.
It's a bit weird since she told me they were sold out, but now its shipping out. I'm guessing they had very low stock of their own on corsair.com, but a bunch of orders, so if you're lucky and ordered early enough, you're getting it this week from them? Otherwise you're going to have to wait a month or so. But I think travisamc and I both ordered the first day it was available, so...better off ordering from a retailer at this point.
Continuing what happened...so my status on corsair.com still remains Ready to Ship. So I called in today, and the csr told me it already shipped, and he gave me the tracking number. It was shipped yesterday, it was originally scheduled for Thursday delivery, but now its scheduled for early delivery today! woo, hope its there when I get home tonight. My status on corsair.com never changed though.
