That really sucks man, do you own a popular Black/Red LED one or a Gun metallic MX Brown one? Perhaps it might not be the case but kinda curious since most of those reports went for the Black keyboard with Red LED and MX Red switches.

Big shame about the LED issues! Was literally gonna run out in 10 minutes to pick up a K70 til I saw that thread over at Corsair forums.

Has anyone had theirs for a few months without any issues?

How many people have had the K70 with the Silver backplate (Blue or Brown switches) had their LED's die?

I'm spending $200 on a keyboard and I don't want any issues / have to spend money on shipping as I know Corsair wont pay for both ways which is stupid.

I love this keyboard so much, it's everything I want, just concerned about the LED issue.

Is the anyone with one of these in existence that doesn't have multiple led failure?

I just bought a black/red one last night and already in love with it.

But I'm returning it asap it seems like everyone and their mother are having led failure. I haven't saw one post of a good keyboard by 2 month period. These things should be lasting years not weeks.

Id have already ordered a wasd keyboard if they had stock
