Corsair K70 MX Blue/Brown in Gunmetal Color - Page 18

Yeah, literally was going to buy one of the Gunmetal and Browns as a second K70 (Already have Black with reds) but saw this thread and have decided to put it on hold. Might even get the Roccat Ryos Pro instead just for the blue LED's (Don't want to but hey, what else can ya do when you've got a keyboard addiction aye)

I'm going to check out the Roccat Ryos Pro, now that you've mentioned it.

For another blue LED keyboard, also look at Ducky DK2108S

I've had the Brown Switch version of this keyboard since Christmas and have had no issues at all except the keys, in my opinion, are really loud. That can be easily and cheaply fixed so I'm not too worried about that.

But what I'd like to know about is those of you with LEDs going out, how long have you had the keyboard? I read a ton of reviews for this keyboard before purchasing (including some feedback from OCN) and I had no idea these keyboards had any sort of issues.

My first LED went out within first 2 months. Now about 8 are out since October.

My keyboard is hitting the 3 month mark soon and with no LEDs out yet. Maybe I'm just lucky with this? I dunno.

It really does suck that this issue doesn't seem to be noticed by corsair yet.

EDIT* Actually, the ring light around the key LED control doesn't light up anymore. I wonder how long before something else goes out that's more important. weirdsmiley.gif

Well, I grabbed a Roccat Ryos Pro while I'm waiting on the K70 brown with blue LED issue to resolve and I can't say I love it. Better than none though.
