Their sale is 10% off $150, 15% off $250 & 20% off $450. It's good for anything on the site minus SSD's, but you can get the keyboard and add mouse pad or 2 fans and save 10%.

That's a good deal. I have the K70 MX Reds, going to pre-order the MX Browns. Very interested to see how the feel on Browns translates on that board. The board design has awesome ergonomics and I love how the feel of the MX Reds translates on the K70. They feel really smooth.

I also use an M65 Mouse. Took a few days to get used to it and I absolutely love it. Also have the MM400 Mouse Pad, the large one, best mouse pad I've ever used.

I see from Amazon that is ships in "2-4 Weeks". I got mine straight from Corsair to get that extra 15% off and I needed the mouse and water cooler.

If you missed your pre order with Corsair then just go with Amazon or Newegg. Corsair changed the price of the new MX Blue/Brown K70's from $129 to $149, the original MX Red K70 stays at $129. I got mine at the original $129 but I guess they changed it recently.

So I called Corsair yesterday and they canceled my order for some reason, so I had to replace my order and they honored the price and location in line for the pre order. BUT the new K70's with Blues and Browns won't be in stock to ship until October 25, this is so ridiculousl. 1st it was July then the middle of August, then September 16th now it's October 25th. They are so lost over there at Corsair, I may just cancel my order and get the K95, Ducky Shine 3 or MaxKeyboard X7.

That's some BS right there! Go for the Ducky. I can say that with confidence because I've been switching back and forth between my Ducky boards and my K70 for compare & contrast purposes. I can say that ergonomically, I prefer the Ducky over the exposed/raised switches. Also, the Corsair is a bit louder when bottoming out. I think that may have to do with the top of the switches being more exposed/raised. My opinion is entirely relative but there it is. I do love Corsair products though and the K70 is a great board.

I really like the media keys and alluminium frame of the Corsairs. Still haven't decided to wait over a month for the K70 or just go with one of the others I mentioned. I like the Ducky Shine 3 and MaxKeyboard X7 but they look so basic compared to the K70 & K90. Corsair kinda has me bent over the barrel since I want the Cherry MX Blues and the K70 is the only way to get it.

The media keys are nice but in practice I really only found myself using the volume control barrel key. The plastic frame on the Ducky looks basic but in person it's nicer than how it shows on the pics. The frame is stiff and yet very thin around the edges of the board. All around the composition is tip-top. The aluminum on the Corsair is the one thing it has over the Ducky and Max boards if you prefer that look. I myself am pretty happy with my recent YOTS acquisition.....I now have no complaints since it comes with an aluminum frame. biggrin.gif

I ordered from Corsair the day they were released. My order was "pending" until like yesterday. Since then, it has been in "Ready to Ship" status. Today I got an email saying that I was charged for it. If the status changes, I'll let you guys know.
