The missing pin is the -5V rail, which was deleted from the specification in 2003. Totally normal.

-5V was used a bias voltage for certain processor functions way back in the late 80s, early 90s, and stuck around through the 90s because there was a -5V pin on the ISA slot. Legacy support. By 2003, ISA was totally obsolete, so -5V could be deleted from the spec without consequences.
