Need a little help

We've completed the testing and inspection on your items. The Xbox 360 and laptop checked out fine, but we're having some issues on the desktop and wanted to troubleshoot with you. Upon powering it on, it only powers on for a few seconds and then immediately shuts off. The only way to get it to power on again is to reset CMOS, or unplug the item for a few seconds and plug it back on. Upon inspecting the inside, it appears the USB 3 cable was attached backwards to the motherboard. We discovered the cable was actually loose within the casing, and then upon examining closer the connector (blue) was not only severed from the base, but the connector itself (blue) was inserted to the motherboard backwards. It looks as though there is a pin jammed in the base of the connector that is inserted incorrectly to the motherboard, which we believe may be shorting out the motherboard. I have attached a picture and video for demonstration. Any ideas?"

I don't think that affected the motherboard,
it should have just affected usb 3 header

are you sure that the problem is usb 3 header? not other components like cpu, vga, ram etc?
without anything plugged into usb header, it should post at least

why not try to take blue connector part out and put it back onto the usb 3 onboard connector at least?

I feel bad for that asus rog crosshair mobo

I dont even know if it is a usb 3 header problem. I sent this pc out as for sale and the image and video are from the guy who bought it.

It was working great before shippment. After shippment it is not posting any longer.
