Designs are subject to change, as it's a prototype.
And yes, tweaktown is a reliable source for hardware news, and yes, the Prodigy M is real.
Could you post a pic with a standard sized PSU in the case? I'm really not seeing the tons of cable management you're talking about and I don't see any cable cutouts. And there are SSD mounts on the side panel? Which side panel?
Don't get me wrong, the case looks good, but it really looks like it needs to be a little taller to live up to everything you've said about it and to be a proper mATX case with similar functionality to the Prodigy.

That, and mATX might be good for other reasons...I wouldn't want SLI or CFX on an mATX board over ITX straight away, unless they're WCed because having a Sound Card is more important to me.
When you factor in barbs/compression fittings and tubing, your cards still take up two slots. Even if it was only a single slot card, you'd only fit a thin rad or fans in the case and the other would have to be mounted outside the case by the looks of it. Making the case an inch or two taller solves that problem.
On the sound card front, I usually gravitate toward the mATX boards that have a proper layout for a sound card and SLI/Crossfire.
