Is there something wrong with this setup?

Alright so I have been contemplating watercooling for a while. This 3570K sucks hard at overclocking. It cannot even hit 4.5 on air. I've heard watercooling can increase O.C range so this is why I am doing it. I just want to know whether I've picked a bad brand, incompatible parts, etc. I will be putting this into an Antec P280. I have a maximum of 400$ for the cooling loop. Right now, I want to cool CPU only. Down the road, once I upgrade to GTX 880 or ATI HD8970, I will toss in another radiator and watercool the graphics card. So please, share your opinions on my planned loop. Warning: Spoiler!
