You seem to be suffering from a misconception. Low-sens players are much more in need of high malfunction speeds than high-sens players. Do the following experiment if you don't believe me:

  1. Get an MS Wheel Mouse Optical.
  2. Play Quake Live without software mouse acceleration and a low sensitivity (i.e. at least 40cm per 360 degree turn).
  3. Come back here and start a thread complaining about the WMO and its darn low malfunction speed.

Personally, I prefer to stay below 2m/s, but I can go higher, and I perfectly understand that practiced low-sens players will want a malfunction speed of no less than 4m/s. And considering what the Logitech MX500 could already do back in 2007, I don't think it should be considered too much to ask either. Unfortunately, developers spend their time mostly on increasing CPI values to useless heights instead of actually improving the technology.

He seriosuly praises Corsair for adding a glowing logo which is design over function.. so thats where i carved off his face and wore it as a mask, your honor.

Measuring my mousespeed while gaming I ended up with a top speed of 3.7 m/s (kind of forced it by doing really fast rocket jumps)

4.07 m/s during a tdm cs go session. Probably that moment where I spazzed out and got a panic flick headshot. If the Savu didn't get up to that speed, I would've probably not gotten that shot.

If that mouse on the left performs well I might just give it a try.

Also liking how they reduced the weight (obviously won't be using the weights xD).

Although I'm happy to see more brands jumping on the avago 3090 bandwagon, more chance of finally getting a shape I like (with proper performance).

How did you measure that?

No offense dude but unless you flick like a ******* rattlesnake I kind of doubt it.

Happens alot actually when I do 180's, that I hit over 3.5, so it makes sense that during a panic moment where I spazz out and get a bit lucky I could get 4 m/s.

I think DeMs here on the forums hits 4 m/s regularly as well. I took a break from CS and started again when CS GO was released. Used the Zowie for months in BF3, which was OK, but in CS GO I'm suddenly back to my old self were the ~3.5 m/s from the AM didn't cut it anymore (even if it's only on few occasions. I don't like playing with a mouse knowing it'll drop out on me at some point, it makes me feel uncomfortable while playing).

Even higher when I try on the desktop:
