TDP.

AMD3+ CPUs are terrible with respect to voltage/ VRM temps and need beefier VRM to have high OC.

If Im not mistaken the thermal limit for Bulldozer/Vishera is around 60°C which is lower than that of Intel. The biggest problem with SFF is dissipating heat and this higher heat generated compounded with the lower leeway with respect to heat on the CPU leads to low ITX interest.

Because the power consumption of FX chips would result in a heat density per cm² sufficient to melt/ignite the PCB of such a motherboard? wink.gif

It has a lower thermal limit before the CPU throttles and heats up quicker than Sandy Bridge/Ivy Bridge at moderate OCs. How am I comparing thermal sensors?
