the truth is; if you do not know what you are doing or why you are doing it, then do nothing!
you have a fine entry level budget board; there are not a lot of options. i just looked through the manual off of the asus site and it looks like turbo boost is either enabled [default] or disabled. it doesn't look like you can adjust the speed for a bit faster under certain circumstances; sometimes you can raise the "bins" to enhance the boost.
and it is a good idea to keep things at stock settings at first to make sure everything is working fine before getting adventurous. getting back to your board; it looks very much like the bios for my p8h67-v. about the only tweaking i did was lower the vcore and enabled the gpu boost feature which raised the BCLK from 100 to 103. gave just a little more speed on the cpu and ram but nothing earth shattering. i doubt it really made any difference other than it was there and i did it.
read your manual, google terms you do not know and get to know your system and learn it before you take any "expert" advice . . .
