Hi I have a club3d graphics card and still have the option to return it.. i paid £265 for .. it the extra £70 for the gtx 770 worth it?

Keeping in mind the 7950 over clocks on stock voltage to 1150/1450.. haven't tested any higher than that though.

Thanks

at 1150 mhz on HD 7950 you will match a GTX 680 / GTX 770 at 1200 mhz. given that you have 1 GB extra VRAM too , the switch is not worth it at all. also if you can push higher to 1200 mhz definitely go for it. just keep core and vrm temps in safe range - 75c for core and 90c for VRM.

Wait to see what the 8000 series has to offer, but stay with the 7950 for now, it can still play any game you throw at it.

Woowa looks like i finally got some luck with a chip..

Club3d 7950 kingroyal 1200/1575 .. maxed the card out on stock voltage.. vrm 76c core 74c.. lol now i guess its time to turn the voltage down.. tinytim overclock3d was right, this beauty loves to overclock.. wonder how far one could push this card with unlocked voltage.. so much better than the vapor-x, wouldn't go past 1100/1400.. 1100/1575 +20 voltage on the vaper-x was the best i could get.. This chip eats voltage for breakfast!! crazy little thing.

Trying to get the voltage down but the every time i do a burn in test or benching test it always states 1.25... any thoughts.. even if i slide the slider to -20%.

thanks
