Considering orders were always done with the known premise of it being less then prompt(due to the nature of it) it seems entirely reasonable for it to be up to the buyer to cancel the order. I'd imagine there'd be just as many people upset about there order getting cancelled (depsite it being a few months 'overdue') then there are people upset about it taking a while and demanding a refund. Refunding everyone and cancelling all of the orders seems the larger of the two inconveniences.

Pretty sure that is how he is handling things. My only gripe is that he didn't make a thread stating that himself with a link to his signature stating such(or just having a signature that says so for that matter).

I've given up on Dwood. I've basically written off the money I sent him pre-paying for work (not to mention sending him an LCD display so he could take measurements for that work).

I've send the better part of a dozen emails and private messages to him via various channels over the past 7 months (ordered in February) for a project that he said he would have done by the end of the week ... March 20th.

OMG Im such a failure, you even paid me extra haha and Ive failed to make your order!!! Why havnt you yelled at me. I was cleaning out my truck this morning and found the temperature guage and I was like what is this doing in here and it hit me! I remember grabbing it to take to work for measuring and it must have fell out of my jacket pocket and then I forgot all about it.

I will be working on it asap and have it out by the end of the week, Man I am so sorry.

Needless to say, I doubt I will ever order from him again. I understand things happen, but he could at least respond to repeat customers who pre-paid in 7 MONTHS. It is that total LACK of communications that has driven me away from ever dealing with him again.
