Looks great, the 810 is a very powerful water cooler, abut does well in Multi-GPU situations on air, as the hard drive fans can be angled towards them

Actually quad sli 780 is pointless.

As in it isn't supported now and won't be in the future..

Nvidia actually said on a live stream I was on that they would not support quad SLI on the 780 and that it was going to be titan only.

Still.... I'm insanely jealous of the hardware smile.gif

Well, if it doesn't pan out, I may either sell the extra 780 and call it a day or pursue quad titans. We'll see what the bank account allows for.

Honestly, if it doesn't pan out, sell the 780, and just watercool and overclock, the money should be enough to cover all, if not most of the WC parts

I would suggest this OP.
However you can run Air for a bit, no need to rush... but Quad SLI would not work for the 780s.

nVidia has come around in the recent past and offered 4-way SLI on cards that didn't natively come with it with a driver update. I'll hold out for awhile before I do anything different either way.

In the meantime, I'm still going to slap all this hardware together soon! thumb.gif

It is a cool concept but a complete waste of money.

If they come outright with an announcement that I can read right from nVidia that says we aren't going to support it, then I may move on and sell off the 4th one. Until them, I thought OCN was all about over the top builds/wastes of money.

Probably true, and I like the idea for what its worth. The thing is, as it stands, there is no actual use. I mean, if there were, everyone here would be all for it. Its cool to have a multi-processor rig, but if I am simply doing it for aesthetics it seems pointless.

It comes down to why you want it. Can you fold on 4 of those all in your PC? Now that would be awesome! But right now.. otherwise, it is just for looks, and I can see why many people aren't too excited about that.

Top builds, sure. Which adding a 4th 780 does not qualify it as a top build as you can see performance decreases. OCN likes wasting money? Hardly.

There is just SO much more you could have done with that money.... it is just so damn sad to see it wasted like this. Liquid cooling, custom case, complete SSD build, 5 horizontal monitor setup.... lawd have mercy there is so much more you could have done.
