How to track what is writing on my SSD?

Thread Starter
So i"m a proud owner of a kingston HyperX 120GB.
1.5 years old, 11000 working hours. 6TB written to it so far. 100% health.
I have a little problem. My usuall average write is about 10Gb a day. Last week it jumped up to 20Gb. And it has been like that for days. But i don"t know why. Nothing has changed with me using my PC.
How can i check what is doing those writes to my SSD? How do i track it? Pagefile, suprefetch and all those crap are turned off.

Unfortunately, the logging software will likely cause more writes than the 20GB/day you're getting now. If you just need a general idea, there's a column you can enable in Task Manager to show writes for active processes. There's also Resource Monitor.

check your torrents, or the windows media center if you use your pc to watch tv.

other than that check the resource monitor from the task manager as rui-no-onna said

I have checked resource monitor. Nothing different or new there. I am seeding 70-80 torrents 24/7 but they are on my hard drive. And i have allways been seeding. Something new is causing writes. I don"t use my pc to watch tv.
