Hopping aboard the Haswell train, motherboard help?

Hi,

Looking to upgrade from my current system to the new Haswell platform. So many Z87 motherboard options that it's driving me crazy. I'm hoping the smart folks at OCN can help me pick one. Here are my requirements:

-Decent overclocking abilities - not trying to set world records but I do want to overclock. Cooling with a Corsair H100 so no crazy voltages.

-Good customer service/RMA department. I can't stress this enough.

-At least 2 PCIE 3.0. I have a GTX680 and might add another at some point.

-I noticed a lot of these high end boards have built in Creative Sound Cards. I don't need this as I'm using a dedicated sound card already.

-I don't need any 1337 gamer fluff. Also if possible I'd like to avoid anything lime green or other obnoxious colors (orange is fine though, as it matches my theme).

I'm leaning towards the EVGA Z87 FTW when it comes out. Features seem ok... everything I need, nothing I don't. Also, EVGA customer services has always been amazing to me. They have RMA'd pretty much everything I've ever sent back and have spent literally hours on the phone with me diagnosing problems.

Any other boards I should be considering?

Also I'm looking at the i7 4770k. Is that pretty much the one I should be getting?

Also... can someone recommend some RAM? Don't think I'll need more than 8GB. I don't like overclocking RAM so hopefully something that can run within its rated speed with the CPU at 4.5-4.7GHz. I like Corsair as a company. Maybe some form of Vengeance Pro?

Thanks!

Hmm.. just realized the Z87 FTW can only do 1x16 on PCIE. Realistically are there any motherboards that will do 2x16 that aren't going to cost $400?
