Yeah i don't even know why people bother to answer this. Anyway, I also think that standard cooling in any chip, being it a GPU or CPU is not good enough, ever. So if we always get aftermarket coolers for our cpus (be it amd or intel) it is wise to wait and get a 290X with a custom cooler too, isn't it?
Anyway, besides from that, 95ºC might be a lot for our standards anyway just because we are accustomed to OCing and tring to keep our chips cool at the same time. 95ºC raises a flag for all of us... just like a maternal incstinct.
Still the 290X is a very good gpu that I would consider if I wasn't living in the hellhole of the world (latin america) and prices weren't so high. So I'll wait for a mid-top end 20nm card for a bigger jump in performance.Edited by pokerapar88 - 11/18/13 at 4:52am
