I am seriously in envy of your PSC clocking mate! No harm in testing other BIOSes, please give Dino the feedback, ad if you have any tips for PSC clock i would appreciate them, but I understand if you want to keep your secrets to yourself.

What do you exactly mean by 'disabling dual bios'? When the 1st BIOS was corrupted, I booted with the 2nd into Windows, flipped the BIOS switch on the mobo and flashed to the 1st BIOS. That worked fine.
What was your problem with F4? I immediately updated to F4 when I got the board and it seems to have better stability than any of the F5 BIOSes I tried.
There is a new GTL release, the Z77 one will deff not work with Z87:
here is the new GTl: http://www.mediafire.com/download/on6gdwc3zr2tjl3/GTL_2.0.rar
Make sure ME driver is installed, no need to launch at admin either.
Just update the BIOS you are on. However it is handy to disable Dual BIOS if your OC recovery takes longer.
