there are a few there. Everyone now is competing with these worthless single sided sticks trying to prove their peens are larger than Andre's 7.1 inches lol. (I am sorry Andre, but on facebook when John Lam was like look 7100.cvf files on desktop, Andre goes yea the size of my **** and we all laughed b/c usually guys exaggerate lol and that ain't much of an exaggeration. hahaha)

you have the fore then?, do you have two GPUs or just one? If you just have one try to put it in the black slot.

edit: Just to clarify I was thinking like a bitfenix extension cable or something completely different, not replacement corsair cables...
yea that is a brilliant idea actually, they are pretty cheap too, i bet even microcenter would have one. someone could try it.

So i called gigabyte about RMA, a MB thats just over a month old, and a NEW board at that, and if I want a Cross shipped MB is $490 deposit on a $409 MB, and I cant afford that right now, or I have to go without a Computer for 2 or more weeks. And, I am taking Online coarses, and my 14 old son is doing a online program that our public school system is doing. So its not like we can go without a PC right now. So I have to choose to buy a sound card or RMA, and with me and my son taking online classes, we have to have sound. So I am really in a corner over this. And, Gigabyte rep wouldnt listen to what I was saying and wanted to argue over everything.
I came to Gigabyte from Evga because theyre MBs are substandard and the CS sucks monkey balls. And looks like Gigabytes MB are the same, and CS is Worse. I dont think I can recommend this MB to anyone, And I was about to order one for my wife (the OC not the force), but not now, and had my step son convinced to get an OC too, but I tell him to stay clear of Gigabyte.
490 is a lot to ask down for a 409 board, that is a lot considering you could buy a new board from microcenter or newegg and put in the bad one and return it to microcenter ot newegg. I am really sorry to hear that
Can I ask, do you use HDMI for anything? B/c if you plug in an HDMI device or even some keyboard with a headphone output the OS will default to those instead of realtek, so you have to go into the control panel and marke realtek as the default device. THe reason I ask is b/c re-instaling it would make it default device until the system reboots lol.
Also make sure intel ME is installed.
