I mean is the USB 3.0 thing even a problem anymore? or did the Hotfixes take care of that?

I guess im asking should I RMA this board? I really don't want to to the 1.5 hour drive to Microcenter again :/

Johny Boy.
Thanks for the reply.
I would love to be able to put my cursor on the lower right corner of the app center, unfortunately the whole lower half of the center is out of sight below the clock/task bar.
Only the upper left and right corners are showing. I can only see the first program icon to choose-@Bios.
When I get a screen shot program installed I will be able to post a pic.

What build/version of the app center are you running that works?
When you open app center does all of it show above the clock and does it shrink to a icon by the clock in 6 seconds?

When set to manual is vcore supposed to increase from the specified voltage? I'm getting 0.015 more volts than the vcore I set in BIOS. This is on a UD3H and 4770K.
Yes, the IVR targets 20mv (0.02v) higher for vcore than you set in bios. Software's not the most accurate, so it'll vary some but it's pretty consistent with a DMM

Have many people encountered USB ports dying? or was that kinda an isolated thing?

Same here with the variations.

App center build - B13.1206.1
Yes my app center icon is visible in show hidden icons on Win8.1 and available for use.

Hello guys, I decided I'd post here for some feedback, seeing how active this place is!
I was wondering what mobo I should buy, now I'm "inquiring" about the GA-Z87X-D3H, since it seems the stripped-down, cheapest version of the UD3H.
Unfortuately though, I see a real lack of reviews for this little mobo. I've seen from the poll that some of you have the D3H, would you mind filling me in with your experiences? Would you recommend shooting higher and getting the UD3H? Is the D3H the best solution for the money? I can't wait to see your answers!

Get the ud3h if it has a feature or features you want that that d3h doesn't have; otherwise d3h IMO

watch out for the apparent "USB" issues. i've seen a decent set of negative reviews based on USB Ports dying. Not sure if anyone here has seen that though.

Does C2 stepping or rev1.1 boards are affected by it ?
Asking because i heard C2 stepping had them fixed plus when i installed system drivers from Gigabyte dvd it contained USB hotfix.
