Have you installed the following drivers:
Rensas USB 3.0
Intel USB 3.0
You can also try different USB ports.
I installed all the drivers from the DVD but I think it installed only the Intel USB3 driver and not the Renesas one. It seems to happen with all USB slots on the back. Also I didn't install Charge On/Off because it causes a BSOD when updating windows.
My keyboard is Leopold Tenkeyless and mouse is G100s from Logitech.
