Well, but many things are already pretty much decided. Add-On Bar will die, we will have several browser Buttons joined, it will not be possible anymore to have the Adress Element in one Bar with the Tabs..... So far it also slowly seems that Mozilla wants to get rid of Full themes in favour of Personas, the Developement Project Electrolysis seems to have many negative effects, like breaking existing add-ons, because it seems that Multi Process architecture has some kind of limits in supporting add-on functionality, "but they try to decrease the amount of add-ons which are getting killed" - was talked about on Mozillazine for example, by a guy who is involved into that project.
They should try to fix the slow speed and site compatibility problems - But instead we get only a shiny new skin with a big feature removal. And the fact that the orange Firefox Button is vanishing in Australis... Anyone has the feeling that Mozilla is afraid of showing that their users are using firefox?
Mozilla is taking away with Australis EVERY reason i ever had to use Firefox. Will use Midori and Qupzilla from now on - at least until that point until it is known if Australis can be avoided in Palemoon, which is some kind of Firefox Mod for Windows. If it is not possible to keep the present UI, Midori and Qupzilla it will be
And as it seems, after Australis hits the field, this 2 small Browser projects are the Browsers which UI can be customized the most then
Linux Devs simply have a complete different attitude as Windows Devs. Sure, they do also stupid things from time to time, but not THAT much stupid things
