There's always the engineering sample route.

Somebody at Notebookreview got their hands on an unlocked A10 5750m ES (Black edition A10 5750m? biggrin.gif). Of course the person used AMD Overdrive to OC the CPU:

I really have no interest in APUs/AMD CPUs (At the moment with their current performance) but I really hope they can start competing with Intel. I want competition, it's better for my wallet.

Intel went power mad and they've achieved it, but lost sight of market trends and consumer needs, now they're playing catch-up in the low power segment against AMD and ARM.

Let's be clear: AMD and 'power efficient' have not belonged in the same sentence since the introduction of the Core line. They also won't as long as Intel remains market leader in terms of process advancements.

ARM, on the other hand, is a real competitor.
