Its says 4 PCI-E cables for 650 watts so the answer is right there

its also a decent PSU not some crap so its not going to blow up on you unless its broken or something

650 watts is enough power just dont add crazy overclocks on top

How much OC would be crazy for CPU/GPU?

Would I be able to run both 680's at 1.212v?
